Samuel, Son & Co Expanding Winnipeg Facility

Samuel, Son & Co., Ltd. is investing more than $16 million in an expansion project at its Winnipeg, Manitoba facility.
The project will expand the current 88,000 square foot facility by 25,000 square feet and house a Bradbury Cut-to-Length line capable of producing product from coil up to .500 thick x 96” wide in lengths up to 50 feet. In addition, the line will be enhanced with a new BuTech Bliss Stretcher Leveler capable of generating stress and memory free product up to 85,000 psi yield strength. Increased lifting capacity will also be added to the facility providing the opportunity to process from coils weighing up to 80,000 lbs.
