This is up 15 rigs compared to last week, with oil rigs up 14 to 371 rigs, gas rigs down 1 to 88 rigs, and miscellaneous rigs up 2 to 3 rigs. Compared to last year the 102 count is a decrease of 98 rigs, with oil rigs down 50, gas rigs down 49, and miscellaneous rigs up 1. International rigs decreased by 28 to 927 rigs for the month of June, a decrease of 219 rigs from the same month one year ago.
