Executive Changes at U.S. Steel

U.S. Steel announced two changes to its executive team on Tuesday. Duane Holloway will join the company as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary.
Richard L. Fruehauf, who has been serving as Interim General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, will become Vice President of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development. Holloway and Fruehauf will report to President and CEO David Burritt.
