American Heavy Plates has named steel industry veteran Jack Biegalski to be its new president and chief operating officer and Roxana Stoicea to be its chief financial officer.
Biegalski, who has 35 years of experience in steel, most recently worked as director of sales and marketing for plate at ArcelorMittal USA.
