    Heidtman Steel Acquires Full Ownership of Fulton County Processing

    Heidtman Steel Products Inc. said it has acquired the remaining two-thirds ownership interest in Fulton County Processing (FCP), effective June 1, 2022. Heidtman had held a one-third ownership stake in the Delta, Ohio-based toll processor in since January 2006.

    Toledo-based Heidtman, a service center, said it would operate FCP as a wholly-owned subsidiary in press release dated Thursday, June 2

    Founded in 2001, Fulton County Processing is a toll processing center located in Delta, Ohio. It operates a .500 x 72.00” pickle line and four slitters ranging from .025 to .500 x 72.00”.

    Heidtman Steel has been in operation for more than 65 years, selling over 800,000 tons of flat-rolled steel products and processing over three million tons annually.
