Leeco Completes Expansion at Canadian Distribution Center

Steel plate supplier Leeco Steel has completed an expansion at its facility in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

The expansion added 30,000 square feet to the existing 45,000 square feet of warehouse space, which was originally opened by Leeco in January 2020.

“Leeco’s Canadian customer base is rapidly expanding, and we outgrew our existing warehouse space,” Leeco President and CEO Denton Nordhues said. “By increasing the size of our distribution center, we can provide improved service to our Canadian customers and expand our processing capabilities at that facility.”

Leeco, headquartered in Isle, Ill., operates 11 distribution centers throughout North America, supplying an array of carbon, high-strength low-alloy, and alloy steel plate products.
